About the event
This workshop will covering the hazards of lead based paint in buildings built prior to 1978 and how property owner and tenants can manage their units to minimize risk to themselves and occupants. Topics will also cover building code requirements to educate on common building violations in order to avoid nuisance fines, how to file a code report if notices in your neighborhood and review of the rental inspection process.
